This form is used for the withdrawal of the contract for the end consumer within 14 days without giving a reason.

How to proceed correctly - step by step:
Fill in the Order Number for which you want to withdraw from the contract
Enter your e-mail address specified in the order (based on the e-mail, we will automatically fill in the other data and you can edit it later)
Select the Subject of withdrawal, where you can select a specific item or the entire order
Indicate the Bank account / IBAN to which you wish to return the money
You can insert, for example, a photo of the damaged goods via the Attached files (optional)
Click the Send form button to complete the request and we will send you a Confirmation of withdrawal of the contract including the completed information to your e-mail
